Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trivant.ai (the "Service"), operated by Trivant [legal entity name to be confirmed] ("Trivant," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Trivant.ai is

Trivant.ai is a trading-improvement and education platform for self-directed options traders. When you connect a brokerage account or upload a trade history file, we analyze your own past trading activity to surface patterns, generate coaching insights (some of which are produced with the assistance of an AI system), recommend relevant lessons, and let you track measurable improvement over time.

Trivant.ai is read-only. We cannot and do not place, modify, or cancel any order in any brokerage account, under any circumstance. Any brokerage connection you make grants view-only access to your account history and positions — never trading authority.

2. Not investment advice, not a broker

Trivant.ai is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Coaching insights, findings, and AI-generated content describe patterns in your own historical data — they are observations, not instructions, and they are never phrased as trade recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Trading options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance and historical patterns do not predict future results. We make no representation or guarantee, express or implied, about your trading outcomes or profitability.

3. AI-generated content

Some coaching insights, chat responses, and lesson recommendations are generated with the assistance of a third-party AI processing provider. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fail to reflect current market conditions, and should be independently evaluated before you rely on it. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.

4. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Connecting your brokerage or importing data

You can connect a supported brokerage through our read-only account-aggregation partner, or import your own trade history as a file. Either way, you're representing that you're authorized to share that account data with us. Aggregated or imported data may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect due to limitations of the data source — the Service is provided on an "as available" basis with respect to that data.

6. Your responsibilities

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose of reviewing and improving your own trading.
• Don't attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't use the Service to violate any applicable law or the terms of your brokerage.
• Don't share your account, or misrepresent your identity or trading history.

7. Fees

Trivant.ai offers a Free plan and paid Core and Elite plans with expanded limits and features, as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are currently activated manually rather than through self-serve checkout; we'll confirm pricing and billing cadence with you directly before any charge applies. We may change plan pricing or the features included in each plan going forward — where a change affects a plan you're actively subscribed to, we'll give you advance notice before it takes effect.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and content we create (excluding your own trading data), is owned by Trivant and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of your trading data; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Read-only brokerage connections can be disconnected at any time from the Connections page.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
