Trivant

How it works

The call lifecycle, end to end

Trivant is human-first by design: your team always gets the first chance to answer. The AI only ever takes over as a deliberate, configured fallback — never as a default replacement for your phone.

1. Ring business

Every inbound call to your Trivant number rings your existing business destination(s) first, for exactly as long as you've configured. Only the owner can change the destination numbers or the ring timeout — agents can view but not edit these settings.

2. AI takeover

If nobody answers, is busy, or the call fails, Trivant bridges the caller into a realtime AI voice session over a secure media stream — fast enough to feel like a real conversation, not an IVR. The AI never starts before the configured no-answer condition is met.

3. Qualification

The AI identifies the caller's need, matches it to one of your approved services, and collects only the qualification details that service actually requires — urgency, address, preferred time, and any custom questions you've configured. It never invents pricing or guesses at availability.

4. Booking / action

How the call resolves depends on how you've set it up: the AI books directly on Trivant's built-in calendar after checking real availability, texts the caller a link to your own booking page, or — if you'd rather your team handle scheduling — collects the details and creates a callback task. Nothing is left as an unstructured voicemail.

5. Follow-up

Near the end of the call, if text updates would help and consent isn't already on file, the AI asks for SMS opt-in — the caller only gets a confirmation or reminder by text if they've consented; voice can succeed with zero texts sent. Your team gets an email with the call summary and a link to the full transcript and recording, plus everything logged in your dashboard.
